CNC 3D milling
CNC milling: high precision in 3D — 3D milling based on CNC is rightly regarded as the supreme discipline in milling. Models are processed extensively and multi-dimensionally in CNC machines. The high-quality machining technology is suitable for various materials.
F&M Zerspanungstechnik GmbH uses the latest machines for 3D milling to offer you excellent work results. Computer-aided procedures and working on multiple rotary axes are the basis for tailor-made products from prototypes to series production.

CNC 3D turning
3D turning is one of the core competencies of F & M Zerspanungstechnik GmbH. With several axes, the workpiece is rotated as required and thus processed in multiple dimensions.
In contrast to turning, in 3D CNC turning, the tool is firmly mounted, while the workpiece is machined in a continuous rotation. Through programming, the CNC machine ensures that the workpiece can be machined exactly according to plan.
Prototypes are manufactured here as well as products that have already made it to series production. The specialists at F&M can also meet difficult requirements in 3D turning and thus deliver components for professional further processing.

CNC eroding
CNC eroding is a technology that is ideal for materials that are difficult to machine. In this context, special machine construction and aerospace technology are important examples of manufacturing using this process.
We make eroding possible with high-quality CNC machines at a particularly high level and with precision that meets high standards. Our machines enable various cutting heights and conics and also work according to requirements and therefore individually in terms of process paths.
Our expertise also enables oblique threading. The surface of the workpieces, which are to be machined by CNC eroding, can be designed entirely according to the wishes of the client and receives a first-class finish.

Grinding: Precision for high demands — Grinding technology differs from turning and milling in that the cutting is carried out using a geometrically indefinite cutting edge. Precision and the associated first-class work results are the result.
The accuracy that can be achieved through grinding techniques reaches down to the nanometer range. Grinding is therefore an important core competence at F&M Zerspanungstechnik. With many grains, the blades separate the chips from the workpiece and impress with their high surface quality.
In particular, surfaces that have been hardened can be processed with particularly high-quality sanding technology. At F&M, modern machines meet experienced experts when precise grinding processes are required. Prototypes can be manufactured and finished here as well as series orders.
3D measurement technology
Professional and precise: There are good reasons why 3D measurement techniques are important at F&M Zerspanungstechnik. On the one hand, it is the precise production of prototypes ready for series production. On the other hand, it is quality assurance for components manufactured by contract.
With the latest measurement technology based on 3D, we can reliably guarantee all of this. Measure as needed: In the measurement room and at the measurement station, questions about quality, from tables to 3D presentation, can be answered in different ways, but always in a meaningful and clear way.
Which procedures are necessary for this depends on the individual question. Accurate recordings, careful target/actual comparisons and feedback into CAD models are just a few examples. In doing so, we always combine high-quality 3D measurement technology in computer-aided processes with the expert judgment of an expert.
